These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the official ZentraMC webstore operated by ZentraMC. By purchasing any product from the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
By making a purchase, you confirm that:
1. You are at least 13 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. The Minecraft username/Gamertag entered at checkout is accurate.
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered username or Gamertag.
3. Digital Products
All products sold through the Store are digital items for use on the ZentraMC Minecraft server, including but not limited to:
• Ranks and rank upgrades
• Crate keys
• Cosmetics
• In-game currency
• Temporary or permanent perks
• Bundles and other virtual items
No physical goods will be shipped.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered automatically through CraftingStore to the Minecraft account specified during checkout.
• Most purchases are delivered within 5 minutes.
• Delays may occur due to payment verification, server maintenance, or platform outages.
• If you do not receive your purchase within 30 minutes, contact support with your order ID and transaction receipt.
5. Refund Policy
Because all products are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be considered if:
1. The product was not delivered after reasonable troubleshooting; or
2. You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include the order ID and proof of payment.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Purchases made by mistake.
• Failure to use the purchased item.
• Server bans, mutes, suspensions, or other disciplinary actions.
• Changes to gameplay, balance, or server features after purchase.
• Incorrect Minecraft username or Gamertag entered at checkout.
If a refund is granted, the associated in-game items, currency, ranks, and perks may be removed from the account.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ZentraMC support constitutes a violation of these Terms.
If a chargeback is filed:
• The associated Minecraft account may be temporarily or permanently suspended from ZentraMC.
• Any purchased items, ranks, currency, or perks may be revoked.
• Access may remain suspended until the dispute is resolved and any outstanding balance is paid.
This clause is intended to protect the server from fraudulent payment disputes.
7. Server Rules and Enforcement
All purchases are subject to the ZentraMC Server Rules available at [Rulebook].
Purchasing a rank, perk, or other item does not exempt any player from server rules. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, or removal of purchased benefits without refund.
8. Modifications and Availability
We may modify, rebalance, replace, or discontinue any product, rank, perk, feature, or server mode at any time to maintain server balance and stability.
Such changes do not create an entitlement to a refund, provided that the purchased product was delivered as described at the time of purchase.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Store or the ZentraMC server.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZentraMC and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use of or inability to use the Store or server;
• Loss of in-game progress, items, currency, or data;
• Server downtime, maintenance, or technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to your Minecraft or payment account.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
10. Privacy
We collect and process only the information necessary to complete transactions and provide support, including:
• Minecraft username or Gamertag
• Email address
• Order and payment information provided by Tebex or CraftingStore and their payment processors
We do not receive or store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by Tebex, CraftingStore, and their authorized payment providers.

11. Minecraft / Mojang / Microsoft Disclaimer
ZentraMC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any of their affiliates.
All virtual items and perks are provided solely by ZentraMC for use on the ZentraMC server.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store is the current version and becomes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
